The Rainforest of the Sea complex in the moisture-packed formula is a proprietary blend of algae and marine flower extracts. So, what do they... do? Oh, just reduce the appearance of pesky fine lines and wrinkles, in addition smoothing skin.
But the shadow formula is also super independent — that is, you don't need a primer or a brush to get it to stay put or to apply it. You can dab and smudge with your digits. You can use a tool if you prefer.
