The palette is an Ulta exclusive and it features 12 pans of eyeshadw in light, dark, neutral, and bright colors, along with a brush. The Nocturnal collection is designed for lots of late nights. It doesn't merely include a gorgeous palette, though! There are four new Vice lipstick shades, as well. OK, I'm officially shaking and crying. The products are first available online on Sunday, Jan. 15. They will be available for purchase at Ulta locations a week later on Sunday, Jan. 22. The brand and the retailer barely gave Beauty Junkies a moment to recover from all the amazing holiday gift sets and products before unleashing another highly covetable collection.
