A Goth Makeup Collection Now Exists — And Here's How To Get It

The unicorn beauty trend is galloping away into the night. All that remains is shadows and dust. Those mythical, horned beasts will have their throne usurped by Wet n Wild's Goth-O-Graphic collection. The brand has committed to a gloriously goth x holographic collection — and the products have charmingly subversive names like "Death to Unicorns," "Pink Coffin," and "Nyctophilia."

The limited edition Goth-O-Graphic Collection cruises onto the beloved drugstore brand's retailers while supplies last.

The extensive range includes liquid eyeshadows, metallic lipsticks, highlighters, liquid eyeliners, and lots of skulls. It's the brand's rebellious yet whimsical interpretation of the holographic makeup trend. Goth-O-Graphic also flips the script on spring makeup — which usually traffics in light, bright, and pastel shades — by adding a dose of dark. It's a true interplay of '90s goth and the more recent, light and airy holo style.

There's another special element to the Goth-O-Graphic line. It was inspired by the fiercely loyal Wet n Wild faithful — the brand indirectly crowdsourced the collection.

Evelyn Wang, senior vice president of marketing at Wet n Wild Beauty, recently told Bustle that social media drives the products the brand develops.

Wet n Wild witnessed fatigue erupting alongside the plethora of unicorn-inspired products that were being released through 2017. Beautyistas were vocal. But they weren't all talk. They leapt into action and created moodier looks that were a direct contrast to the glittery, rainbow-and-unicorn aesthetic.

And so the Goth-O-Graphic products were born. Aesthetically, Goth-O-Graphic is an exercise in contradiction. But it... works.

In the collection, mercurial makeup and dark hues are tempered by pops of illumination. That's how Wet n Wild approached the shade-shifting holo trend. The Mega Glo Highlighting Powder compact is stamped with a skull that will always be watching you.

The wands are adorned with a smattering of skulls, adding an "Oh my goth!" factor that will leave you "oohing" and "aahing." The Mega Last Metallic Liquid Catsuit lippies are also matte.

So the product capitalizes on multiple trends with a single tube.

Wet n Wild left no detail to chance with the Goth-O-Graphic collection. Even the holes that dispense the highlighting powder are shaped like a skull. How could you not love that "face" staring back at you while you apply your morning makeup and swipe your cheeks and shoulders with the Mega Glo Loose Highlighting Powder?

The light balances out the dark. It's an efficient execution of cosmetic dichotomy.

The Mega Last Liquid Catsuit Liquid Eyeshadow is all about lids that gleam, glimmer, and glow.

There are so many mix and match options. You can layer dark liner over top light shadow. Or swipe dark shadow on lids and apply a light, sparkly liner to the lashline.

The Mega Liner Metallic Liquid Eyeliners are highly pigmented and won't budge, either.

Wet n Wild loyalists are eagerly anticipating this collection.

The brand is hitting all its marks with the range, as evidenced by the fact that this user already pledged to purchase it.

Holo fans are hardcore. They've been tweeting about this range. They expect it to be a legit color-shifter, as opposed to simply iridescent or sparkling, in order to be truly holographic.

Goth-O-Graphic, which is also totally "hologothic," is 15 products deep. You can rock the Mega Glow Highlighting stick for dewy sheen on your cheeks or Cupid's bow. Or you can swipe a fluffy brush over the powder compact. Glaze lips and lids with chrome-like metals. Finish with a dramatic cat eye flick in an unexpected hue.

The unicorns have been exiled while your inner goth girl asserts herself.
