Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's relationship might be dead and buried, but that doesn't mean the drama between the couple is over. According to multiple outlets, on Wednesday, Kardashian filed a complaint against Chyna alleging assault and battery, and the lawsuit also involving his youngest sister. Why is Kylie Jenner suing Blac Chyna? As it turns out, the lawsuit actually goes far beyond the alleged incident of assault that Kardashian claims in his filing.

According to the court documents, which were obtained by People among other news outlets, Kardashian is suing Chyna for allegedly assaulting him, claiming that she damaged his Bentley with a chair and choked him with an iPhone cord. But since their alleged fight took place in a house that Jenner was renting to the former couple, she's also suing for damages in relation to alleged behavior Jenner claims Chyna exhibited toward her while she was dating her brother. Bustle has reached out to reps for Jenner, Chyna, and Kardashian, as well as lawyers for Chyna and Kardashian. Chyna's lawyer had no comment at this time; Bustle has not received a response from the other contacts.

According to People, in the complaint, Jenner, along with Kardashian, claims the reason for the lawsuit is because of Chyna's alleged "deliberate attempt to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains" in an "outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family." During the December 14, 2016 fight, Jenner's home reportedly sustained damage from Chyna's alleged outburst totaling more than $100,000.

Among the property that was allegedly damaged was Jenner's TV, with Chyna allegedly destroying walls and cell phones that were in the house and also alleged breaking down a door. But that's not all Jenner's suing Chyna for. In court documents it's alleged that "[Chyna] terrorized Kylie by telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases, because Kylie was dating Tyga who was the father of Chyna’s first child, King Cairo." Chyna also allegedly threatened to fight Kardashian's sisters. (Bustle reached out to Tyga's rep for comment, but did not receive a response at the time of publication.)

Back in April, Jenner addressed the alleged fight in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and talked about her TV allegedly being broken and called Chyna "disrespectful" toward her and her house:

People added that Kardashian and Jenner are suing Chyna for the damages she allegedly caused to Jenner's home, her alleged assault toward Kardashian, punitive damages, and are calling for an end to her contract with E!. (Bustle has reached out to E! for comment, but has not yet received a response.) When Kardashian and Chyna reached a custody agreement earlier this month, her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said that their new arrangement "does not resolve all disputes between Chyna and Rob." During that meeting, Chyna also dropped the domestic abuse hearing against Kardashian that she had scheduled for September.

Of course, this new lawsuit isn't the first sign of drama between Jenner and Chyna some of which was documented on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. But then, last April, Chyna and Jenner seemed to have buried the hatchet when they posted photos together on Snapchat and Instagram, saying that they've "been best friends the whole time." However, since then, everything has changed. That was before the alleged Decemeber incident that sparked the lawsuit, and Kardashian and Chyna have since ended their engagement.

So far, Jenner has yet to comment on the lawsuit personally, but she has a lot going on in her life right now — including reportedly being pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott.
