Warner Bros. has decided to continue filming Bachelor in Paradise now that investigations have been completed, but it's still unclear who exactly will be returning to the cast. Will Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson be on Bachelor in Paradise Season 4? Bustle has reached out to reps for Olympios and Jackson for comment, but has not yet received a response.

While Warner Bros. has not commented on whether Jackson and Olympios are returning, TMZ claims that no decision has been made yet on whether the two will be back. Jackson and Olympios were at the center of reports about the shutdown after it was alleged that there may have been a nonconsensual sexual encounter between them.

In Olympios’ statement on the scandal before it was announced filming would resume, she claimed she was a "victim" and noted that she had hired an attorney:
