Illuminate's False Lash Clusters Will Make Application Easier

by Amy Sciarretto

What are you doing on Thursday, May 11? Well, if you are a footwear fanatic, you’ll be shopping the new Rihanna x Puma Creeper Espadrilles, which I predict will be the sandal of the summer. If you are a makeup obsessive, you'll be shopping Ashley Tisdale Illuminate Cosmetics false eyelashes. That's right, the quietly-loved brand, which is available on a wider scale at Target and online through Ulta, as well as using its own site as a sales platform, is adding some seriously covetable false lashes to its repertoire of products.

Illuminate has built its solid rep thanks to its affordable, on-trend, and quality palettes and its makeup brush set; the tools come with these eye-catching, seafoam green handles, the color of which reminds me of vintage dishes that my mom had in the '80s. The brand also offers body bronzer lotion, face shimmer powders, liquid lipsticks that are shiny rather than matte, and those multi-tasking Cream Cheek & Lip Tints.

Instead of something expected, such as eyeliner or mascara, the brand is opting for false lashes next.

What makes the Ashley Tisdale x Illuminate lashes different and special? Well, they come in clusters of three, which should make the normally tedious lash application process a tad easier.

Each lash pack has 32 cluster trios. Applying three at once, instead of one at a time, is much more appealing and time-saving, IMO.

Even from this vantage point, the Illuminate lashes appear really long and really curled. Bombshell alert!

Here's a closer look at the latest addition to the Illuminate family of products. The lashes come in several lengths — like medium and short— so you can really build your lashes. You can elevate the drama level based on your mood and how much of a lash look you want.

Yeah, with lashes like that, you will want to bat them so much that you create a draft.

Oh, look, it's those amazing and aforementioned Illuminate brushes. Those handles, though! They inject a dose of visual cheer into your a.m. makeup routine.

The brand has been teasing lashes for a while and they are finally upon us.
