Sonja & Ramona Dish On The Turks & Caicos Drama

The recent episodes of The Real Housewives of New York City have been pretty heavy. Considering they have mostly revolved around Carole Radziwill's trip to London to pick up her late husband Anthony's ashes, this is totally understandable. However, RHONY can't be all doom and gloom forever. Luckily, we always have Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer to lighten the mood, and during Tuesday night's episode of RHONY, things got juicy when they dished on what really happened with that mysterious naked man in Turks and Caicos.

Let me quickly recap to quickly set the scene for you. Heather Thomson woke up in horror to find a naked man sleeping in the bed across the way from her. She immediately awoke all of the other Housewives and interrogated each of them to get to the bottom of why this nude duded was hanging around them. Luann de Lesseps took most of the blame for the naked stranger in their beach house, even though he was really Ramona's responsibility. The Singer Stinger somehow got out of this situation unscathed, as usual.

Recognizing Ramona's faux pas that night, Professor Sonja enrolled her bestie in her class to learn some one-night stand etiquette during Tuesday night's episode. Sipping on white wine out of Champagne glasses, Sonja used the night the naked man came home in Turks and Caicos to educate Ramona, who has recently returned to the dating game, on the do's and don'ts of bringing men home and seeing them out when you're done with them.

From this gabfest, we learned the real reason Ramona didn't own up to keeping the naked man in check that night. He was apparently the friend of the man Luann wanted to bring home, so Ramona was just being a good wing-woman and entertaining him. She wanted to make sure Luann had a good time, but she had no intention of hooking up with her guy. As Luann was apparently making out a ton with her guy, who may have been a married man ugh, Ramona was tired, so she just went to bed, and so did her date for the evening, who apparently took off all of his clothes before he did so.

Sonja was very understanding here, but she reminded Ramona that the right thing to do would have been to make sure the guy left the home before Heather awoke to a cock-a-doodle-do.

So you see? Ramona isn't as heartless and clueless as she appeared to be that morning, and the reasoning behind her behavior is valid. However, I do hope it's genuine. As I touched on earlier, Ramona has a tendency to do whatever she can to make sure no one is angry with her. Her comments to Sonja could just be a way of covering her ass.

However, none of the other Housewives were present while this class was in session, so Ramona could have been telling the truth because she wouldn't lie to Sonja, would she? All we can do is hope that Ramona learned something from Tuesday's lesson.
