Bachelor In Paradise Season 2 is winding down, and Jade and Tanner's official engagement is definitely something to look forward to in the finale — we all know it's coming. But while the show has made it clear that the couple has great chemistry and definitely loves each other, I'm curious about the more boring, logistical aspects of their lives. For instance, what are Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert's net worths? The two reality stars have not made that information public, but it's not too hard to make some estimations based on each of their careers.
Let's start with Tanner. He works as an auto finance manager, which, in my humble opinion, totally explains all of his dad jokes. The median salary in the United States for that job is just under $70,000 annually, according to PayScale, though many managers make closer to twice that with commissions and bonuses. He also lives in Kansas City, a major city, so it's likely that his base salary is actually above that national median.
Now onto Jade. She has a variety of business pursuits, so it's difficult to pinpoint exactly how much she likely makes in a year. First and foremost, Jade has a cosmetics line called "Naturally Jade." According to an interview with Forbes, Naturally Jade launched in January with $10,000 out of her pocket, as well as a friend's $5,000 investment. She also donates to cancer research with each purchase. Before her time on The Bachelor ended, Jade was hoping to pull $75,000 in sales — so imagine what the Paradise bump has been! An average cosmetics research and development manager makes over $100,000 in a year, according to Chemist's Corner, so those are all good goals to have. Roper has also dabbled in modeling for Playboy, which pays a pretty penny, with Glassdoor estimating about $50,000 per year. Jade also appeared on Vanderpump Rules, in addition to The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise. Suffice it to say, she's doing very well for herself.
While Tanner and Jade are both successful, to me it seems that the best thing about their respective careers is that not only are they autonomous financially, but their jobs aren't tied to a specific location. Jade's cosmetics line can likely be run from wherever she is, and Tanner can sell cars all over the country. When their time on Bachelor in Paradise comes to an end, I have no doubt that this couple will be able to start a great new life together.
