There's a hair debate going on in the Kardashian family and no, it doesn't revolve around Kim Kardashian or Kylie Jenner. We were left to wonder if Khloe Kardashian dyed her hair purple, due to an Instagram photo posted then deleted by her erstwhile, social media-shy brother Rob. However, Kardashian shared a photo where she is ultra blonde — and a tad unrecognizable. It's her most blonde bombshell look so far.
That's saying something, as Kardashian has been proving that blondes have more fun since she lightened her locks earlier this year.
Personally, I think her long-term blonde is > than Kim K's pitstop at platinum. It just works for her on all levels. But let's talk purple for a sec.
Since nothing dies, or, in this case, "dyes," on the Internet, The Mirror splashed the purple-haired Kardashian photo all over its website.
I found myself looking at and liking Kardashian's dramatic light purple locks, which fell around her face in a cascade of waves. Koko, as she is known in her family, was also taking a little inspo from Jenner with her pouty lips.
But then I saw this image of Kardashian, nursing a beverage in a white mug, with her golden locks blown back off her face and with height at the crown. It was Old Hollywood glam at its finest.
I like how Kardashian was all glamour and drama with her hair, lashes, and lipstick but still dressed down in a flannel.

1. Marilyn Monroe
Because duh. Aren't all blonde bombshell looks, regardless of the tone and shade of the blonde, taking just a little inspo from MM?
2. Brigitte Bardot
French actress Bardot was a total bombshell in her day. Kardashian is definitely culling inspo from Double B with this latest sexpot look.
3. Pamela Anderson
Kardashian might be pulling a little influence from modern era bombshell Anderson. Look at the crown height.
4. Kim Kardashian
Because... sisters! Kim K and Khloe both went for thickness and volume with their respective blonde 'dos. All in the family, all of the time.
5. Jayne Mansfield
Blonde bombshells are always about hair with height. The bigger, the better. The late Mansfield is another not-so-obvious influence on Koko's latest look.
6. Kylie Jenner
I know, this might seem like a "chicken or the egg" blonde argument, as Kardashian has been blonde since the summer and Jenner had blonde ambition for, like, a minute. It'd seem that Jenner took her inspo from Kardashian. But I can't believe that there is zero sibling rivalry in the "Kardashianner" clan. Jenner made major, uh, waves for going blonde and Kardashian needed to take the blonde crown back.
While I remain curious about Kardashian with a purple coif, I am realizing that blonde really is her best shade. She is the Kardashian who does blonde best. Sorry, not sorry, Kim and Kylie!
