When I woke up this morning, I was just a person. But as of five minutes ago, I am a person ... who has known the glory of the McDonald's All Day Breakfast. That's right, Internet. I just trekked an entire city block like the true American heroine that I am, put my bad self in that line, and followed my Egg McBliss. And it is on this day of days that I can say I am proud to be a member of this Earth — a person who has experienced the crunchy magic of a warm hash brown in the noontime hour. A person who dared to dream of this day long before it came. A person whose children will never know the hellscape of a world in which they can't order hot cakes at 11 p.m.
In case you have been living under a McRock, in September, McDonald's announced its decision to roll out all-day breakfast in most of its locations beginning October 6. This quickly spiraled into beautiful Twitter mania, as McDonald's started responding to people's most ancient tweets about wanting breakfast for dinner (aka, the Leslie Knopes and Ron Swansons of their time). Behold the happiest moment of my young life:
I was going to take pictures of myself eating it to really bring us ~full circle~ on the whole brinner experience, but I basically blacked out and shoved it all into my gullet in the elevator ride on the way up to the office. I've waited 24 damn years for this. My body was not prepared to wait another moment more.

You Can Get Awesome McDeals If You Download The McDonald's App
The app's deals are specific to location, and mine just scored me a second Egg McMuffin for free (Not pictured above, because I already ate it. #BOSSLIFE). Other deals include punch cards that earn you a free McCafé, or money off purchases of a certain amount. Plus, if you download the app, you get a free sandwich. SCORE.
Some Stores Aren't Offering Hash Browns All Day
People started losing their brunchin' minds this morning at the news that hash browns might not be offered at some locations all day — but in reality, they are being offered at 90 percent of participating McDonald's. But if you are a hash brown fanatic and you are not above calling your local McDonald's to check their status on this, I highly recommend it.
