One GoT star has just landed her first luxury ad campaign. Emilia Clarke posed for Dior Jewelry, and the results are stunning. I mean, the jewels are great and all — but who’s even looking at them? Clarke is striking in minimal makeup (sans a bold red lip), and while my eyes did eventually make their way to the diamonds, I totally stopped to stare at Clarke first.
Wearing draped necklaces, bracelets and rings, her overall styling is minimal in order to let the jewels really shine. Her lob is loosely curled and she’s wearing very minimal eye makeup in one shot and sporting red lipstick two others. Her green eyes are just as piercing as the blue-colored stones. Clarke and Dior Jewelry are a match made in heaven. I can't wait to see what else she does for the brand.
These ads are typical to her style IRL because she never really goes over the top with her makeup. With a power brow like that, what else do you really need, you know? She has been known to switch her hair up from time to time, but Dior stuck with a classic look for her. Perhaps because they didn’t want to take away from the product too much? Not that those jewels need to do much to stand out! See the latest ads below.
This wind-blown, barely there kind of look really works for her.
I'm loving this dark red lip on her.
I were her, I’d never take these necklaces off. They just look too good together, you know?
Here are seven of Clarke's best beauty looks.
Sometimes less is more.
2. Middle-Part Chic
Her hair is on-point.
3. Just Peachy
When your makeup matches your dress, you know you've done good.
4. Go For Bold
Bold color, bold hairstyle. I like it.
5. Just A Hint Of Pink
A little bit of color goes a long way.
6. Barely There
She's at her best in minimal makeup, if you ask me.
7. So Sophisticated
The colors on her eyes and lips work so well with her hair and skin tone. Sophistication at its finest right here.
Posing for Dior, not posing for Dior — Clarke always looks amazing.
