Does Kendall Jenner Approve Of Tyga?

I have to admit when I first started watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians, I was definitely one of the people who thought that Kendall and Kylie Jenner were twins. The two girls have always been super close and definitely look a lot alike. They have grown up together, but as is natural with sisters, there are times when they do not get along perfectly. After news of Kylie's alleged breakup and now, make up, with her boyfriend Tyga, I wondered: What does big sister Kendall actually think of Tyga?

Being that Kendall is the older Jenner sister, I would assume that regardless of who Kylie is dating, she is going to be overprotective. That is just the way it is. It actually turns out that Kylie and Tyga met because of Kendall. Kylie and Tyga first met when he performed at Kendall's Sweet 16, making Kylie Jenner only 14 at the time.

It seems like nothing really took off between them at that point in time, and thank goodness. It wasn't until around mid-2014 when Tyga broke up with his fiancée Blac Chyna that hints started coming out that Kylie and Tyga were at least friends. In July 2014, Kylie posted a photo with Kendall, Tyga, Chris Brown, and a few others:

It seems like this crew has always been cool with each other, with Kendall definitely a part of the friend group.

A few months after the photo above, Tyga Instagrammed a photo of Kylie and Kendall and their super squad of friends, again looking cool:

As far as I can tell, Kendall has been generally accepting of the relationship between Kylie and Tyga. But, being that she is the older sister, it seems like she has at least teased Kylie about the relationship. Kylie posted a photo of her and Tyga with the words "ew" scribbled on it, with a caption "Thanks Kendall."

This past October, Kylie, Kendall and Tyga were photographed at the Sunset Tower Hotel together, and the three hanging out in this way also points to the fact that Kendall is cool with being third wheel to the couple. The first signs of a problem came out in the Season 11 teaser of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, when the family, especially Kendall, seems upset that Kylie invited Tyga to go on their family vacation to St. Barts.

In addition to that, when rumors initially came out of Kylie and Tyga breaking up, TMZ reported that Kendall was out to dinner on the day Kylie and Tyga supposedly split and "was upset and had harsh words about Tyga." Of course, there's more concrete info that Kendall and Tyga do get along, than that they don't.

Even if they've had their disagreements, it's clear that these sisters will always be there to support each other — whether it's about rappers they're dating or anything else.
