Celebrity makeups lines are often fabulous, but sometimes they leave you with an empty wallet. When I saw how much Demi Lovato's N.Y.C. Collection costs, I was actually shocked. This makeup line is raising the bar as far as affordability and practicality goes. Lovato's makeup collection is so inexpensive that you could practically pay with quarters, if you wanted.
Not only can you buy Lovato's range at Target, but the eight-piece makeup collection is also all under $5. The line is made up of four power products — eye shadow, lip and cheek tint, eyebrow liner, and mascara — that come in multiple shades. Together the elite eight are everything you need to feel confident without breaking the bank. With the price of her N.Y.C. products ranging from $2 to $5, it seems almost too good to be true — that is, until you hear it from Lovato herself: "My goal was to create affordable, high-quality makeup," Lovato told Refinery29. "And it definitely reflects what I normally wear."
Lovato has been the face of N.Y.C since September of last year, but this is her first makeup collection with the company. The singer was the company's first ever global brand ambassador and celebrity endorser, and it looks like she's doing pretty darn well with her recent makeup collaboration.
