Who Is Gigi Hadid's Hairstylist? Her Bangs Might Not Be Real, But The Style Is Still Ace — PHOTOS

Haircuts can be tricky business, especially when concerning your favorite model who already has impeccably gorgeous locks. But in this case, the risk was well worth it thanks to Gigi Hadid's stylist. The model hit the red carpet of the 2016 MTV Movie Awards on the evening of April 9 accompanied by the talk of the awards ceremony: Gigi Hadid's bangs.

Adding to her already flowing mane, Hadid's layered and messy fringe perfectly framed her glowing face. As Refinery29 reported, the very sleek and '70s glam look can be attributed to her hairstylist, Bryce Scarlett, who has worked with other high-profile celebrities like Natalie Portman and Kate Upton. A versatile artist, Scarlett has created looks for Victoria's Secret models, high fashion editorials, and even the Cannes Film Festival (you can see his Instagram for more). This flawless look really spoke volumes of Scarlett's talent, and is certainly something your own stylist could realistically replicate if you love the look as much as I do.

But there's a twist! According to one of Hadid's other hairstylists, Jennifer Yepez, the 'do may not be as realistic as it looks. She told Refinery29 that those bangs might actually be fake. Faux bangs or not, this look is a keeper and likely something most of us style lovers will aim to imitate in the near future. I forgot how cool and natural-looking fake bangs could be.

So let's admire her look again, shall we?

Obviously this cute new fringe served as a more than adequate plus one for Hadid. But she had a date, too. The model opted for a girls' night out for this red carpet event, attending the show with Kylie Jenner in tow rather than her boyfriend, Zayn Malik.

Thanks to Hadid and her stylist Scarlett, many people are undoubtedly going to be running to their own salons to replicate this gorgeous fringed style just in time for summer.
