It's hardly the first time this Modern Family star has gotten dressed in formal attire for a big night, but this one was pretty special. Ariel Winter looked like a mermaid at her senior prom in the best way possible. I guess all that red carpet practice has paid off, because she completely rocked this Little Mermaid-esque ensemble.

Winters' look was prom goals, from her wavy red locks down to her sparkly gold clutch. The 18-year-old looked like a real-life Disney princess in her lace, mermaid-style gown. Honestly, if Ariel from The Little Mermaid were to actually come to life, I'm convinced that this is exactly what she'd wear to prom. The sweetheart-neckline gown fit her like a glove and the colors worked perfectly with her bright red hair. If I could go back in time, this is what I'd want to look like at my senior prom.

Not to mention her styling was completely on point. She opted for loose waves and a subtle smokey eye to really bring the outfit to life. Her makeup wasn't all that different from her typical go-to eye looks, but it was just as perfect for her big night as it is for the red carpet. Just look at how stunning she is here.

She choose to sport a metallic gold clutch that added the perfect pop of color to her otherwise pretty neutral outfit.

Just look at the way the bottom falls! So gorgeous. From her hair to her dress style, the mermaid look definitely works for her.

Her dress was much different than what the other girls in her prom party wore, but they were all pretty color-coordinated.

The nude nails were definitely a good call. Any other color would've looked too matchy-matchy, but, like I said, Winters' is a formalwear pro.
