It's time for Round 2. Ariana Grande and MAC teamed up for VIVA GLAM in early 2016. Now, there is a new set of Grande x MAC VIVA GLAM lippies on the way! The singer serves as this year's ambassador for the VIVA GLAM Lipstick and Lipglass program, replacing last year's rep Miley Cyrus. In case you didn't know, every single cent of the selling price of the VIVA GLAM products is donated to the MAC AIDS Fund, which supports those living with the disease. The first Grande x VIVA GLAM collab celebrated opposite sides of the shade spectrum, featuring a deep, matte plum lipstick and a shimmery pink lip gloss, which can be worn together or a la carte. So, when are the new MAC VIVA GLAM lippies available and what do they look like?
At first, MAC posted an Instagram photo of Grande dressed in a pink frock and patent, pink platform heels. Her lips are painted a hot pink x purple shade, which is certainly not the same as the previous VIVA GLAM lipstick and Lipglass in her campaign. It seemed fairly obvious that she was rocking a new VIVA GLAM lip hue.

The shade on Grande's pout is certainly adventurous and it matches her mani. Bustle then received a press release from MAC, detailing the new products.
VIVA GLAM Ariana Grande 2 Lipstick is a deep, cool, and pink matte. It's $17. VIVA GLAM Ariana Grande 2 Lipglass is a neutral, nude pink and it is $16
Both will be available September 8 at all MAC locations in the U.S.
So make a note in your calendar to shop on that date and usher in the fall season with two fab new lippies.

This appears to be a perfect, summer-to-fall transitional shade. It's also more opaque than its AG x MAC VG lipglass predecessor.
Here is the previous lipstick shade. So rich and dark.
I don't tend to do dark lips, however, I really love the super shimmery, baby pink Lipglass and use it all the time. I might stock up on another before Grande's run as VIVA GLAM ambassador ends, since the products are limited edition and available only during her tenure.
I will definitely be grabbing the second Lipglass, too.
