13 Photos Of Chelsea Clinton & Marc Mezvinsky That Show Their Public Life & Love
Chelsea Clinton has a pair of well-known parents, but did you know that her husband comes from a political family of his own? Marc Mezvinsky is the son of two former members of the U.S. House of Representatives. In fact, photos of Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky together show their highly documented public life over the years.
Clinton and Mezvinsky reportedly met in 1993 on a retreat in Hilton Head, South Carolina. They both attended Stanford University, and later, they began dating in 2005. In 2010, they got married in front of such public figures as former Secretary of State Madeline Albright and, of course, Clinton's parents. Since then, they've had two children. Charlotte Clinton Mezvinksy was born in September 2014, and Aidan Clinton Mezvinsky was born in June 2016.
When she's not speaking or campaigning on behalf of her parents, Clinton serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations, including the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative, and Common Sense Media. In this way, Clinton stays close to her family's lifelong business. Mezvinsky, on the other hand, launched a business of his own. He runs a hedge fund called Eaglevale Partners with two of his former Goldman Sachs colleagues.
Much of Clinton and Mezvinsky's life together has been captured by cameras, from their 2010 wedding to the 2016 birth of their second child. They've been spotted at both red carpet events and White House events. That public part of their life could only grow more public if their family gets its way in November.
Despite their well-known relatives, Clinton and Mezvinsky have managed to keep much of their lives private. Perhaps that's why the pictures above look more like the highlight reel of a royal family than a typical family photo album. The picture-perfect album could grow a little thicker if they become part of America's first family later this year.
Disclosure: Chelsea Clinton's husband Marc Mezvinsky joined Social Capital, an investor in Bustle Digital Group, in mid 2017 and joined the Board of Bustle Digital Group in early 2018.
