It’s always exciting when Kylie Jenner launches a new
item, and she definitely disappoint with the latest Kyliner
release. There’s a Chameleon and a Bronze shade coming to the Kylie Cosmetics
site soon, and you may want to know more about these colors. Is the new Bronze
Kyliner the same as the Dark Bronze Birthday Collection Kyliner?
I’ll be honest, when I first heard she was releasing a bronze Kyliner, I assumed it was getting restocked the Birthday Collection, just as the Leo Lip Kit recently was. But, according to Jenner’s Snapchat, the two Bronze shades are very different. So, let’s break it down, shall we?
The Dark Bronze Birthday Kyliner was infused with real gold, which made it extra special. This version was extra glittery and slightly more black than brown in its color payoff. Meanwhile, the newest Bronze shade seems to be more about the deep rich brown pigment and less about the shimmer factor. Although, it’s still got a slight metallic sheen.
You just can’t go wrong with either of these eye liners. And, it’s nice to know that if you purchased a Dark Bronze Kyliner from the Birthday Collection, you could still shop the latest option once it drops on Sept. 23 and have something different added to your collection.
Dark Bronze was just for Jenner's birthday celebration. If you missed out on purchasing it, at least now there will be a Bronze shade that you can shop full-time.
Dark Bronze Kyliner is all about the glitz.
It'd be hard to stop that real gold from shimmering, you know?
The latest Bronze is way more about the color and less about the glitter.
It's rich and creamy with a metallic sheen.
If you're looking for something that's not metallic in the least, then your best bet would be to go with the Brown Kyliner.
