Tom Hanks Photobombs Couple's Wedding Pictures
Many would argue that a wedding, in and of itself, is the most magical day you can experience. Clearly, those same people haven't had the experience that New York City's Ryan and Elizabeth had over the weekend. During Saturday's wedding taking place in Central Park, Tom Hanks photobombed the couple's wedding pictures, making everyone's day brighter and filled with even more joy. Because, duh — the only way to make a wedding more magical is to have Tom Hanks there.
A wild Tom Hanks appeared seemingly out of nowhere, shocking the photographer Meg Miller, and causing everyone to basically lose their minds. According to the NYC-based photographer, "We were photographing the bride and groom in Central Park and a guy on a jog started to slow down near the couple, he leaned in close as he took off his hat and sunglasses and said, 'Hi, I am Tom Hanks' while reaching out to shake the grooms hand."
Can you imagine having photographs like that from your wedding?! I would take that over the whole ceremony and honeymoon. I'm not kidding, you guys. Have you seen Castaway? The man is a national treasure.
The best part of the whole ordeal was the fact that Mr. Tom Hanks took the time to share the photograph of himself and the couple on social media. That way all of his followers can wish them luck and send over any blessings. What a wonderful man. What a magical day. I'm not tearing up — I swear. I guess this means that my wedding photographs will have to take place in Central Park as well. Just on the off chance that Captain Philips will join me and my husband.
Just look at the faces of these newlyweds. They are clearly enjoying themselves.
I bet all those people who didn't RSVP to the wedding are kicking themselves right about now. As they should be! But this is not the first time a celebrity photobombed a wedding.
Quite recently Justin Timberlake surprised a very happy couple on their wedding day by coming over and introducing himself. The video below shows you just how happy everyone was to see the singer on their special day.
Or how about Taylor Swift performing at a fan's wedding?! That was mind blowing. The singer sand Blank Space while the couple danced along. Not too shabby!
Even the POTUS crashed a wedding while playing a round of golf. He came over and congratulated the couple on their big day, making everyone freak out. I'm sure one of the best parts was seeing the secret service agents swarm the place beforehand just to make sure that the President was safe. The only think that would have made it cooler was if Michelle Obama came with him.
We should all be so lucky to have celebrities like Tom Hanks, President Barack Obama, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake grace us with the company.
