The Hooded Figure's Identity On 'Once Upon A Time' Will Be Revealed By Christmas, According To Creators Edward Kitsis & Adam Horowitz
The people of Storybrooke may be under a lot of stress these days with the Evil Queen and Hyde roaming around, but here in the land of New York Comic-Con, fans were getting a happily ever after of sorts during the Once Upon a Time panel. After viewing Sunday's upcoming episode, attendees were given the opportunity to ask questions to Jennifer Morrison (aka Emma Swan) and show creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, who shared a few Once Upon a Time Season 6 spoilers, including when the hooded figure's identity will be revealed.
By "hooded figure" I'm referring, of course, to the mystery person under the cloak from Emma's vision, who ends up killing her in their epic sword fight battle in the future. Viewers have been dying to know who Emma's killer could be and it seems they won't have to wait too long to find an answer to that very question. "There's more of the Oracle coming this season and answers to the cloaked figure," Kitsis teased to the crowd, while Horowitz added, "You will have that answer by Christmas."
Sure, that's still a ways away from now, but at least you can take comfort in knowing that this mystery won't last for the entire season. And since I seriously doubt they'll actually kill their main star off, especially halfway through the season, this news should serve as an optimistic sign that our Savior will be able to change her fate to a less grim outcome. Until then, we'll just have to keep on watching.
