At first glance, Kat Von D's latest Instagram post looks like a religiously motivated to-do list. Instead, it's a tease of her upcoming Saint + Sinner palette, a mysterious new product that will launch in 2017.
Von D posted about the Saint + Sinner palette on Instagram on Nov. 6. The image itself is a list of names (all religious terms) along with the following caption:
"Once the art direction, formulations, and color arrangement are finalized, it's time for shade naming! I haven't been this excited for an upcoming collection!! Get ready for the Saint+Sinner eyeshadow palette - the color story inspired by a stained glass window I saw in a cathedral. ⛪️🕍🏰🕌 [*yes! this palette will be released in celebration of the relaunch of both Saint and Sinner perfume in 2017!] #saint#sinner #comingsoon @katvondbeauty"
So what can fans gather from this teaser? For starters, this project has been in the works for awhile, but Von D has managed to keep it a secret until now. The colors will be inspired by stained glass (think bright greens, blues, and reds) and the palette itself will be released in conjunction with Von D's Saint and Sinner perfumes, old favorites that have since been discontinued. In other words, there are plenty of reasons for Von D loyalists to raise prayer hands to the heavens.

The names of the palette shades are definitely intriguing, and hopefully we won't have to wait until too far into 2017 to see what her almighty makeup holiness Von D has in store.
