Is Makeup Geek's Plush Lip Formula Matte? These Products Aren't Like Others Out There

Looking to add some new lippies to your makeup bag? If so, then you're in luck. Makeup Geek just shared a sneak peek of another one of their new launches on Instagram, and it's not your typical liquid lipstick. The company created a one of a kind product that you're going to be excited about. If you're wondering what formula Makeup Geek's Plush Matte and Cremes are, the answer might surprise you. There are two staples combined together to make this product, which makes them unlike any other.

Ever since Makeup Geek announced they were creating lip products, their fans have been patiently waiting to see what they'd be like. Believe me when I say that it was worth the wait. First, the company shared a photo of their Iconic Lipsticks. The product is your conventional twist-up tube in all the staple colors. The second new lip launch they shared is a little bit different.

According to an Instagram post, Makeup Geek's Plush Matte and Cremes are a combination of cream and mousse. The company says that it will leave lips soft and luscious and have super pigmented color. If I had to guess, I would say that makes it a little more drying than your typical liquid lipstick.

In my opinion, mousse lipsticks always move around, while liquids can be drying. Seeing as this is a combination of the two, this might just be a match made in makeup heaven. The social media post doesn't give an exact launch date, but I'm will to bet it won't be long until you can get you hands on this formula.

The colors look absolutely gorgeous, too. While the Iconic Lipsticks stick to the basics, the Plush Matte and Creme have tons of different nudes and bolds. There's no doubt in my mind that there are tons of other shades to come as well.

According to CEO of Makeup Geek Marlena Stell's Instagram post, it looks like there's four other formulas to come too. I don't know about you, but I can't wait to get my hands on them!
