She's Looking to Add Another Baby to the Family
The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 9 reunion hasn't been surprising at all so far, instead continuing to rehash the main conflicts from the season. Vicki got defensive about Brooks and teary about Briana's move, the Beadors and the Dubrows clashed over matters of etiquette, and businesswoman/mom Lizzie Rovsek is still hoping to have a third baby. When Andy Cohen asked how her marriage is doing, she candidly admitted that she and husband Christian are still actively trying to get pregnant… which means that they've been doing a lot of "trying."
On the reunion, she doesn't give the final word on whether or not they've succeeded, but Lizzie didn't post any evidence of her clinking drinks at her sister's birthday party a few weeks ago. Clue? When in the early stages of pregnancy, there are also a couple of other things that can give us nosy spectators a hint. The way you normally guess if someone is pregnant is bigger boobs, but that's not super obvious on Lizzie. Her hair also is always extra thick and shiny, and with the help of television ready makeup, her skin is always glowing… okay, so Lizzie has the pregnancy glow just by being alive, but luckily she gave her fans a hint via social media.
Two weeks ago, she posted a family picture on Instagram with the caption:
"I love my little family @christianrovsek ❤️ I feel so blessed to have my beautiful boys and I look forward to growing our family❤️❤️❤️ No, not pregnant....yet! Just feeling blessed #lovemyboys #blessings."
That puts an end to any speculation — they're working on it, but nothing's happened yet. But she's still content, not worried or disappointed. If she's happy, I'm happy for her.
So, in lieu of adding to the size of her family, she's been working twice as hard on her business. Sun Kitten Swimwear, her bathing suit line, has been doing well and she's already working on a 2015 edition of all new suits. Her bikinis are even being brought to Australia via Fit Mum Nation (Real Housewives of Melbourne crossover, anyone?).
While her creative process might have looked a little sparse on camera, in reality it's going extremely well. Her Sun Kitten bio still says she and Christian are hoping to expand their family by 2015, but there's no rush considering how well both her professional and personal lives are going. Now all Lizzie has to worry about is if she'll get picked up for another season of Real Housewives of Orange County … and that next year's birthday will be better.
