He Has Big Hollywood Plans

by Allison Piwowarski

This season's Big Brother proved to be fun, much thanks to Mr. Entertaining himself, Zach Rance, Big Brother's resident Fruit Loop Dingus. In addition to loving Zach and his antics, fans also fell in love with his friendship with Frankie Grande — or Zankie, duh. And before Big Brother even ended, fans were buzzing about Zankie taking on The Amazing Race as a team in an upcoming season. But when asked if he would be in for a race around the world with Frankie, Zach says in an interview with Bustle, "It's not happening, but I would be in."

Do you hear that noise? Is that the sound of Zankie fans' hearts breaking all around the country? I think it is. But just because Zach and Frankie won't be on The Amazing Race, that doesn't mean we won't see Zach on our televisions again. "I want to be on television," Zach says of what's next for him now that Big Brother is over. "It's natural to me." If this summer is any indication of what Zach is capable of, it's clear he has a knack for entertaining people. "I was born to do it, it's in my blood," Zach says, adding that when he was in fourth grade, he was the lead in the fifth grade play — a star is born!

But does Zach want to stay in reality television, and continue to show off his talent with Zach Attack? "Scripted, unscripted, television, reality, whatever the hell it is, I'm doing it." Zach says. "People love watching me, I'm very entertaining, I'm extremely funny, and I look good on camera," Zach tells me, "Why would you not want to watch something that I'm in?" And while that might come off quite confident, I couldn't help but think, "Yeah, that sounds about right."

So what would the dream job be? "Obviously, feature films would be amazing," Zach says, "If I was in a movie with frickin' Zach Galifianakis, or Jonah Hill. That would be the dream, to be in a movie with Jonah Hill." I agree. That. Would. Be. Amazing.

So while we won't see him on The Amazing Race, here's hoping we see Zach on screen again very soon.
