Miley Cyrus' new album, Bangerz, is set to feature a ton of collaborations with major artists like Britney Spears, so now the natural question is: Who's next? Luckily for us (I think), E! Online has our answer: None other than Ne-Yo wants to work with Miley Cyrus.
"You know what? Miley is living her life, man, and who I am to judge?" Ne-Yo commented at the recent G-Star Raw show during New York Fashion Week. Finally, someone says it — Miley is living her life, so we should all leave her alone, and let her. If she wants to twerk on Robin Thicke at award shows and spend seven hours smoking weed in Amsterdam, as uncomfortable as that makes the world feel, more power to her; she's the one with a video breaking records on Vevo, not us. Ne-Yo gets it.
E! Online goes on to say that Ne-Yo divulged he'd like to work with Miley (there's no official quote referencing that, though) before exclaiming, "Miley, if you're listening, holler at your boy!"
Sometimes, I feel like an older, out-of-touch person when I read things like "holler at your boy" and try to say them out loud. I'm not cool. But Ne-Yo is, and that's the most important thing right now.
