Could Brandi Cause a Rift Between Lisa & Kyle?

Oh boy. What oh what has Brandi Glanville done now on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ? Just when it looked like things were going to be all peachy keen between Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards this season, everyone's favorite troublemaking Housewife has to go and ruin everything for everybody. Way to go, Brandi.

Here's the whole sordid tale. What was supposed to be a lovely hike through the hills ended up rekindling Brandi and Lisa's mega-feud from Season 4, which found both of them hurling insults and accusing the other of lying, ultimately resulting in a major falling out between the former besties. Lisa and Kyle also had a huge fight in Season 4, but they quickly resolved that at the start of Season 5, pledging to be loyal to each other, even when they're not with each other.

Yeah, that lasted about as long as a moment when Brandi doesn't throw down an F-bomb. Brandi decided her walk with Kyle was the perfect opportunity to check up on Lisa's RSVP to her upcoming housewarming party, which of course dragged her into this whole mess once again.

But before we get to what's going on between Lisa and Kyle, can I just say how ridiculous it was for Brandi to just call up Lisa, not address their feud at all, and pretend everything with them was cool just so she could figure out how many hors d'oeuvres to order? Either this was totally set up by the producers or Brandi really is as self-centered as she appears to be. I have a feeling it's a little bit of both.

And now back to Lisa and Kyle. So Brandi's phone was obviously on speakerphone during this whole exchange, because that's how you do on reality TV, and Kyle heard the entire thing. This was unbeknownst to Lisa, although she quickly found this out when Brandi's phone died, and she called Lisa back on Kyle's phone. Smart.

Not only did that cause Lisa to be pissed at Brandi's behavior, but it looks like it may have undone all of the goodwill between her and Kyle that the pair worked so hard to restore. This instance reminded Lisa of a previous moment in the series when Brandi and Kyle badmouthed Lisa behind her back on a hike no less. Ugh, quit playing with my emotions, ladies. I can't take it.

But there is a silver lining to all of this. Though Lisa was not having Brandi's request for a RSVP at all, she didn't say yes, but she also didn't say a flat-out no either. That means there's a possibility Lisa will be attending Brandi's housewarming party after all. (Don't you hate it when people RSVP "Maybe," though?) And if I know RHOBH as well as I think I do, I think we can bet on Lisa making an appearance.
