Paul Walker's Father Suing Driver of Fatal Crash

It's been over a year since news broke about the shocking death of 40-year-old Fast & Furious star Paul Walker, and still, it's hard to accept that the star is no longer with us: Tragically, Walker was killed in a fiery car crash in Nov. 2013, along with his good friend and business partner (who was also driving the car), Roger Rodas. Now, more sad news surrounding the actor's death has emerged, according to EW, who are reporting that Paul Walker's father is now suing Roger Rodas' estate, claiming that Rodas' family possesses ownership of "numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned" by the late Fast & Furious star.

According to TMZ, Walker's father filed the lawsuit and is asking for $1.8 million, whether that mean ownership of the cars is transferred, or a "proportionate share of any sales proceeds derived from the sale of such vehicles." Rodas' family has rejected the claim, so this case will reportedly head to court.

It's tragic news to hear so soon after Walker's and Rodas' deaths, and hopefully the dispute is solved quickly — for the sake of both families who are still deeply grieving the loss of their loved ones.
