This Dog With Static Hair Feels Your Pain

Remember that time you found that sweater made out of that weird fabric that clung to you in all the right places, and you just had to have it? So you bought it, only to find out that every time it came out of the dryer, it not only sent your hair into a full-scale panic attack of static, but also shocked any human or thing unfortunate enough to cross your path? Don't feel too sorry for yourself, because this dog with uncontrollable static hair lives that horrible life every single day, and didn't even get the cool sweater to go along with it. Her name is Faye, and apparently she was brand new to this family when they decided to take advantage of the fact that she was in dire need of a grooming by rubbing a blanket all up over her until she looked like how I imagine a feral tribble would.

Since we're neck-deep in winter right now and it seems like there's no end in sight (I don't know where you happen to live, but the television just told me that some of you further north than I am are basically preparing for a weekend ice age, so HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO NO ONE.), we're still experiencing the nonstop struggle that is trying to tame our hair against every fabric licking outfit we own. Fortunately there are plenty of ways to prevent static for humans, but I can't really offer poor Faye any advice in attempting to escape her overzealous blanketed family.

I must say, however, that I am in admiration of the confidence she exudes while rocking her new look. We should all aspire to own our crazy hair, and there is no denying that this dog has some major hair swagger.
