The 'Pitch Perfect 2' Soundtrack Will Include A Jessie J Song, Because She's The Absolute Best Person To Cover

In case you didn't know, Pitch Perfect 2 is coming out in less than a month, and we've been waiting with bated breath for the best part of the movie to come out: The soundtrack. The first one was so great, that it seemed like it would be impossible for anything else to top it. Well, the impossible has officially happened, because Anna Camp, Brittany Snow, and Rebel Wilson just revealed that Jessie J will have a new song on the Pitch Perfect 2 soundtrack during the MTV Movie Awards pre-show!

If that sounds familiar, it's because the Barden Bellas already did a couple of Jessie J covers in the first movie (she wrote both "Price Tag" and "Party In The USA"). The song this time around is apparently a brand new one, so unfortunately it doesn't seem like we'll be listening to Anna Kendrick rap Nicki Minaj-style in "Bang Bang" anytime soon. Nevertheless, they've totally killed their Jessie J covers in the past, so it goes without saying that her song will probably be one of the highlights of the movie.

Rebel Wilson said it best in the pre-show when she said, "Basically, if it wasn't for Jessie J, our soundtrack would suck." Agreed, Rebel. Agreed.
