Steal Beyonce's Bodycon Cut-Out LBD Style

When you're looking for summer style style inspiration as we sail our way into July, you need look no further than Beyonce. I mean, it's only logical right? Who better to steal style tips from than Queen Bey herself, right? The astronomically-famous singer/one half of the second richest power couple in the music industry was recently spotted out and about in New York City, rocking an absolutely fab outfit. The ensemble had a lot going for it (come on, this is Beyonce we're talking about here), but the pièce de résistance was, without a doubt, Beyonce's black bodycon dress from Self Portrait. It featured some stylish cutouts, and an epic asymmetrical hem, and long story short, it's just the perfect look for whatever shindigs may be on your calendar this summer.

Now, as fate would have it, Beyonce's dress isn't actually too expensive — it's by Self-Portrait (a British brand that seems to be everywhere these days — Maisie Williams recently wore Self-Portrait to the BAFTA TV Awards, and Kristen Stewart also wore the brand to a screening of The Clouds of Sils Maria ). It can actually purchased for £185 (approsimately $288), which really isn't terribly egregious... but still, why not go for something a little more affordable?
