Kimmel’s ‘Bachelor’ Aftershow Will Be A Must-Watch

When the first episode of Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor draws to a close next Monday evening, you better not touch that dial, fellow members of Bachelor Nation. For there will be a glorious Bachelor aftershow to feast our eyes on. On Wednesday, ABC announced that Jimmy Kimmel will host a post-Bachelor special. Jimmy Kimmel Live: Here for the Right Reasons will air on ABC right after Season 21 of the long-running dating competition series premieres. Who will appear on this very special installment of Jimmy Kimmel Live? The episode’s guest list has yet to be released, so you know what that means: it is time to guess our faces off.

Will Chris Harrison be there? Probably. Viall? Most likely. Emily and Haley Ferguson? Maybe. Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell? Perhaps. Andi Dorfman? That would be a thrill. Kaitlyn Bristowe? That would be a thrill, too. Josh Murray? Oh, I would be so on board for another Murray vs. Viall rematch. Chad Johnson? That'd be a mess and I love a mess. The Bachelor in Paradise raccoon? Don’t let me down, ABC. All of the above? I would be the opposite of mad.

And as far as celebrities who don’t hail from Bachelor Nation go, I wouldn’t be surprised if Kimmel was joined by at least one super famous Bachelor superfan. It could be Jennifer Lawrence. Or Jennifer Aniston. Or Andrew Garfield. Or Anna Kendrick. Or Taye Diggs. Or Adam Scott. Or Jason Biggs. Or Howard Stern. Or all of the above. Or some of the above. Or none of the above. Wow, I am great at guessing.

If it’s cool by you, I’d like to put my ideal lineup out into the universe: Kimmel, Harrison, Viall, Johnson, Aniston, and Stern. Oh, and the BiP raccoon. I am sure the BiP raccoon would have a lot of astute things to say about Viall's first episode. If the BiP raccoon was given its very own aftershow, I would watch the heck out of it. Just, uh, putting that one out into the universe, too.
