It's not confirmed yet whether Beyonce has given birth to her twins, but it was still a pretty sure thing that she wouldn't be coming to the 2017 BET Awards. But with Lemonade being eligible, Beyonce was almost guaranteed to win at least one award. Her video for "Sorry" won the Viewers' Choice award, and the singer sent some friends to pick up her prize. Chloe x Halle accepted Beyonce's BET Award and represented their mentor with grace and poise.

Even though Queen Bey wasn't there to take home her award in person she still had the right words to say with an eloquent speech that she sent in with her proteges via written note. For someone who is either super pregnant or resting with two new babies and a toddler, it's staggering to think how she found the time to come up with a new acceptance speech. This is especially true since she's already won a million awards for this album. Props to her for coming up with something original.

She began "Thank you BET for this award and your tremendous support of Lemonade. This has been a journey of love, of celebrating our culture, honoring the past, and approaching the present and future with hope and resolve."

It got personal with, "Thank you to my mother Tina Knowles Lawson for being my biggest, biggest teacher and consistent influence. Thank you to my entire family for so much love." Aw. How sweet. But does her "entire family" include some recently born twins? People need to know.

The speech continued, "To my team at Parkwood, thank you. And thanks to all the fans, my BHive, for riding with me. I love and appreciate you. To everyone at the show tonight, you all look so beautiful and at home, thank you and have a wonderful, wonderful night. From, Beyonce."

Even from her couch at home in her mansion, Beyonce wowed her fandom with a well-written speech delivered by two rising stars with her seal of approval. As if the world would ever expect anything less.
