Dorit Is Probably Not Done Fighting On 'RHOBH'

by Alaina Urquhart-White

Dorit seems like she is starting to try and mend some fences on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I don't think it is because she feels like she did something wrong. I think she just realizes that she has alienated everyone except Lisa Vanderpump and we are only a couple of episodes into the season. She started with Erika and quickly moved into a conflict with Eileen and Rinna. The three of them met and talked everything out, but is the Eileen, Dorit, Lisa Rinna RHBOH feud really over? I don't think this is the end of it all.

The whole thing hinges on the fact that Eileen and Rinna defended Erika when Dorit went on panty-gate 2016 because they are decent human beings who know that it isn't right to relentlessly shame a woman for going sans underwear, comment about your husband staring at her inadvertently exposed vagina, and then publicly humiliate her by throwing panties in her face. The other Real Housewives were also not happy that Dorit and P.K. had some opinions about how to "properly" react to the death of a parent like both Rinna and Eileen had to endure last season. Dorit was not psyched that they stuck up for Erika and took issue with her opinions about their parents' deaths, and they had it out last week at Kyle's game night. This week, Dorit decided to meet up with Eileen and Rinna to discuss the whole thing. It wen't better than I expected, to be honest.

Of course, Dorit accused them of being the ones who brought Erika's situation up all the time, but viewers know that is not the case. My favorite part of the entire conversation was the look that Rinna and Eileen shared when she accused them of hanging onto the Erika thing. It was a look of complete disbelief that Dorit was reflecting her own behavior back onto them. In the end, they all apologized for various reasons but Rinna and Eileen's was the only one that sounded sincere. Dorit of course ended by saying that she won't forget the way they treated her.

My final thoughts are that Dorit does indeed talk to much. If I hear about Erika's underwear from her mouth or her husband's mouth one more time, I might actually lose my mind. Please let this be the end of it.
