Khloe's Pregnancy Announcement Covers The Whole Range Of Emotions She's Feeling Right Now — PHOTO
It's finally official: Another Kardashian member confirmed she's got a bundle of joy on the way. Khloé Kardashian's pregnancy announcement was shared on the reality star's Instagram on Wednesday, Dec. 20. Along with a black-and-white photo of her baby bump, Khloé addresses the whole roller coaster of emotions she's going through right now in a sweet caption. She wrote,
She includes the sweetest shoutout to her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson — or wait a minute, is her fiancé? While the pair hasn't previously announced an engagement, there's a major ring on a certain finger in the shot. (Bustle reached out to Khloé's rep for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.)
In the same post, Khloé also acknowledged why she's been keeping the baby news on the down low, and the reason makes perfect sense. She wrote,
And in addition to thanking fans, she let them in on what a journey the process has been up until this point — and all the emotions she's experienced in between. She added, "I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it's the best bundle of feelings I've ever felt in my life!"
Not only that, but soon after her initial Instagram post, Khloé also tweeted about how nervous she was before dropping the big news. Suffice to say, she was grateful for all the support from her fans and overwhelmed in the best possible way.
Out of all the Kardashian-Jenner siblings, Khloé is known for being easily the most outspoken in the bunch, so you know it probably was difficult to keep the news out of the spotlight for so long. But now that the cat's out of the bag, it's surely only a matter of time before she shares even more details about the upcoming bundle of joy. So far, the baby's due date and sex have yet to be announced.
But regardless, it's important that Khloé shares the details about her pregnancy on her own terms and when she's ready. That idea is definitely embodied in her Instagram announcement, which let her share her own thoughts on the matter, along with a super-sweet photo. While some fans suspected she'd drop the news via the Kardashian-Jenner family Christmas photo (where they've been releasing a new photo each day in December, leading up to the holiday), she clearly had other plans.
As of yet, Thompson has yet to comment on the baby news himself, whether on social media or otherwise. However, he did click "like" on the Instagram image, just illustrating yet another way he's supportive of Khloé during this super special time.
