If you've woken up today feeling pretty happy with yourself (as you should, you goddess), then brace yourself for this news. Kim Kardashian and North West hung out with Ariana Grande backstage at the singer's Inglewood, Calif., show on Friday evening, according to social media. The trio shared some adorable pictures from the backstage hangout on Snapchat, and little North looked like she was having an absolute blast, along with Mom Kim and Grande. And that officially means that North West, who is 3 years old, has a cooler social life than most of us put together. I feel incredibly inadequate right now, guys.
In a group shot posted onto Kim's Snapchat and captioned, "Show time!" the trio are shown posing together, with Grande hugging North while sticking her tongue out. Which seems to suggest that the three of them were having fun before the show, which was part of Grande's Dangerous Woman tour. So, I can only imagine that North was a bundle of fervent, noisy excitement for the rest of the evening. But you know, in a supremely casual way, because clearly she's the coolest little girl on the planet. Hell, at this point she's probably just one of the coolest people around, period.
Back in 2015, for example, when her coolness was still just in it's infancy, North got to hang out with Beyonce. And this wasn't just any old social engagement we're talking about. No, ma'am. Because North joined her Mom and Beyonce front row at New York Fashion Week, during Kanye West's Adidas show. You know, as you do when you're a kid. And in true cool kid fashion, North reportedly got a little antsy during the show and stole some of her Dad's spotlight during it, which I'm so here for. Get that attention, you little fashionista, you.
But then, this kind of thing is just an everyday occurrence to North. She might be at her Grandma's Christmas Party which Drake just so happens to be in attendance at, or she might be enjoying a Coachella themed birthday party, complete with child sized stages, a ferris wheel, and a performance from Jaden Smith. So hanging out with Grande backstage at one of her shows? Totally no biggie. Chill out, guys.
I mean, I don't want to say that I'm totally envious of a 3-year-old. But, sadly here we are, and I'm exactly that. The closest I'm going to get to hanging out with Grande is simply listening to Dangerous Woman for the thousandth time, while checking out her Snapchat. But nevermind, maybe one day we'll all grow up to be as cool as little North is now.
