Watch The 'Jersey Shore' Cast Fist Pump With Chicken Parm
Forget furniture store sales, because it really doesn't get more Christmas in July than this. Much like the taxi cabs idling outside of their Seaside Heights beach house, the great tradition that is Jersey Shore's Sunday dinner is here. On Thursday, a fast food titan brought back one of the most heartwarming reality TV show traditions to ever grace MTV. Proving that magical things do happen every now and again, a majority of the Jersey Shore cast reunited for a Burger King ad where they have Sunday dinner. And at said Sunday dinner, they chow down on Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches.
In the clip, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Sammi “Sammi Sweetheart” Giancola, Deena Cortese, and Vinny Guadagnino gather around a table at a BK and talk 'wiches, memories, marriage, children, and hairdos. Jersey Shore alumni Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Angelina Pivarnick are not part of the get-together, so it isn't a complete reunion. Regardless, it's terrific.
This Burger King video may not be the Jersey Shore reunion fans expected, but it’s the Jersey Shore reunion amuse-bouche fans deserve. And it really is a delectable, beautiful, gymmed, tanned, and laundered amuse-bouche. DJ Pauly D’s “Aw yeah, chicken parm, yeah,” the cast pounding the tile of the BK dining room like it’s the Club Karma dance floor, and the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich fist pump are all so weird, but so right. Though they aren’t back in the Seaside Heights house, the Miami house, or the Florence house, watching the Jersey Shore stars yuk it up in a Burger King like it’s 2010 really feels like home.
Here it is in all of its paper crown-wearing glory:
Get excited, because there may be even more Jersey Shore brilliance to come: The Situation seemingly confirmed last week that the reality TV stars returned to the Jersey Shore to film a reunion special. Aw, yeah. Reunion, yeah. Nostalgia, yeah. Burger King crowns, yeah. Duck phone, yeah. Duck phone wearing a Burger King crown, yeah.
