Even if you didn't tune in to Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on Saturday, you probably heard about a certain part of the celebration — and nope, it wasn't the ball drop. Before officially kicking off 2017, Mariah Carey had a confusing New Year's Eve performance. Due to technical difficulties, things didn't go as planned. She claimed she didn't soundcheck the song "Emotions," which came on during the medley. So instead, she let the fans sing. Social media had a field day with the blunder.
