Whether you have been tasked with planning out your Christmas dinner drink menu or you just feel like getting holly and jolly on Dec. 25, venerable SUR-tenders Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix have you covered. In a new E! News video, the two Vanderpump Rules stars demonstrate how to make Christmas cocktails. With the help of Sandoval and Madix, you can make some cocktologist-approved boozy drinks that are sure to get you in the holiday spirits spirit.

SpoilSUR alert: Neither Sandoval nor Madix incorporate SUR’s famous goat cheese balls into their cocktails. I know. I know. How dare the iconic goat cheese balls not get into the holiday spirits spirit, right? Alas, it's probably for the best; deep-fried goat cheese and crème de menthe might be an intense combination. And yet, I was a little surprised that the Sexy Unique Dish wasn't part of the SURvers' beverages. I guess I thought one of the Pumpers might, I don't know, just smash a goat cheese ball on the brim of a glass as a garnish? And, uh, maybe put a miniature Santa hat on the goat cheese ball to make it festive? What can I say, I dream big.

Enough goat cheese ball talk, let's get to the the Pumpers' drinks: Madix's Holiday Mint Twist is a mint liqueur and vanilla vodka concoction, topped with whipped cream and Junior Mints. If you're looking for a cocktail that errs on the side of spicy, the St. Nick Kick may be the bev for you: Sandoval's drink includes chili chocolate Kahlúa, vodka, and chocolate shavings. I haven't tested this out, but I bet the Holiday Mint Twist is an excellent way to cool down your palette after you've had a St. Nick Kick. Like a glass of milk after half a dozen Sriracha-glazed goat cheese balls.

Do you want to make some Pump Rules-tastic holiday cocktails? Care to SURprise your fellow revelers with some SURpurb bevSURages that will SURely SURpass expectSURtions? (I'll stop myself there, but just know that I could do that all day.)
