Now I don’t know about you, but I always need something to watch while I lay in bed at night. I know it’s a big "no no" to have your television on while you fall asleep, but when you're like me and live alone, having the TV on when I'm trying to go to bed brings some security and comfort. And that can make it way easier for me to fall asleep. That's why its crucial for me, at least, to have a good list of things to watch on Netflix when in need of some sleep assistance.
Everything that I watch before bed has to give me potential sweet dreams, so I'm very selective about what I choose to put on. For me to get to sleep, I’ve gotta be watching something that is soothing to my spirit and probably will ignite a deep dream. It can be anything from a television series, to an animated film, to a documentary. So, here are a few things to view at night that will keep your interest up, all while simultaneously getting you into sleep. Frasier is an all-time classic. It's filled with dry humor, plus the theme song “tossed salads and scrambled eggs” is a great tune to fall asleep to.

Honestly, Kevin Hart is the gateway to a completely hilarious dream.
Each episode of the Netflix docuseries explores the basic elements of cooking through four things — fire, water, air, and earth. You can dream about all the tasty things being created.

Something about animated shows from the '90s is so soothing. They remind me of childhood and all the good sleep I got then.
Will Smith has a very soothing voice... and face. I guess that's why you can easily fall asleep to this movie playing in the background.
