Kimye is reportedly already expecting their third child, according to Us Weekly. So with that news, it's time to ask an important question: When is Kim Kardashian's surrogate due? According to Us Weekly, Kardashian and Kanye West have hired a surrogate and she is currently three months pregnant. Bustle has reached out to reps for Kardashian and West for comment on the report, but did not receive a response at the time of publication.
If the surrogate is already three months along, then that means Kardashian and West could welcome another child sometime in January 2018. If you think about it, that due date wouldn't be that far away. It's only six months from now, which means the power couple's third child could be here before you know it.
According to Us Weekly, after being referred by an agency, the reality star and rapper selected a woman from San Diego to be their surrogate. She is reportedly in her late 20s and has previously acted as a surrogate. In June, People reported that Kimye had hired a surrogate to carry their third child. At the time of the report, Bustle reached out to both Kardashian and West's reps for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.
If the couple is truly using a surrogate, it's no surprise. Kardashian has been extremely open about not only giving North and Saint West another sibling, but how surrogacy could be an option for her family. In a November 2016 episoe of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the 36-year-old declared, "I've come to the conclusion that I just want to explore surrogacy." In the episode, she also recognized the dangers of having another baby herself, especially after she experienced two high-risk pregnancies with North and Saint.
In a March KUWTK episode, Kardashian was shown undergoing surgery to repair her uterus to see if she could possibly have another child on her own. The surgery was not successful and her doctor told her that she would not be able to carry another child.
Whether or not Kardashian and West's surrogacy news is fact, it's definitely exciting to think that another adorable Kimye baby could come next January.
