With adult coloring books being a legit and therapeutic thing in 2016, crayon-inspired lipsticks are equally as viable for makeup lovers with a hankering for nostalgia, for getting in touch with their inner child, and in possession of a creative edge. The Crayola for Clinique Limited Edition Chubby Sticks are everything! They are sold as singles and come in both an eight-piece and a four-piece mini set, the latter of which costs $25. The Chubbies have developed into a cornerstone product for Clinique, thanks to the mega moisturizing formula packed with mango and shea butters and the shades themselves, which range from sheer to intensely pigmented. The eight-piece set features Brick Red, Fuzzy Wuzzy, Mango Tango, Mauvelous, Melon, Pink Sherbert, Red Violet, and Wild Strawberry for $49.50.
There are 10 shades sold solo for $17 a pop, while Razzmatazz and Tickle Me Pink aren't included in the eight-piece set.
You can grab the sets and the singles at the Clinique site. They are super cute and look like jumbo crayons. Only you won't be coloring on paper — you'll be coloring your pucker. And you will definitely want to remain inside the lines! "I like messy, bleeding lipstick," said no one ever.
Aren't they the cutest? They remind me of the joy I used to feel opening a fresh pack of Crayolas with the built-in sharpener.
Color me Clinique! From the packaging to the shades themselves, these lippies are adorable and so fun to tote around in your pocket, in your clutch, or in your crossbody.
