1D Fans Trend #HarryBeCareful & It's Kinda Freaky

Whenever I hear someone discussing a conspiracy theory, my mind automatically goes to the 1997 aptly titled movie Conspiracy Theory starring Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts. Well, as of Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, I have a whole new association. Thanks to hardcore One Direction fans getting the hashtag #HarryBeCareful trending on Wednesday, I now know there is an insane conspiracy theory surrounding Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, and former member Zayn Malik. That's right, thanks to an anonymous individual named "Mr. X" fans are worried that his/her predictions are coming true, including the fact that Harry might die. Before I dive into that all that craziness, let's discuss this: Who is Mr. X?

It all started in 2012, when Mr. X released a conspiracy theory written as a rhyme revealing several ominous predictions about the beloved boy band. For example, in addition to revealing himself/herself as a "band insider," they claimed that a 1D member would be assassinated and that another would come out on December 2, 2012. However, neither thing happened. While Mr. X's real identity isn't known (it could be multiple people!), all that is know is the messages that "Mr. X" has "shared." Furthermore, some fans believe Mr. X is part of a group of four, including. Mr. W, Mr. Y, and Mr. Z. Um, anyone else think this sounds an awful lot like Pretty Little Liars , A, and Charles DiLaurentis?

As you can see below, Mr. X is causing another stir in the fandom, because apparently now some of his predictions are coming true. So much so that Directioners believe Harry Styles is going to get hurt and possibly die. On Wednesday, this is what was circulating around Twitter:

Do fans really believe that someone named "Mr. X" can predict Harry's death, let alone anyone's? Second, the above theory does not match the original theory. Is there a new theory that I'm missing? Maybe fans broke down the first theory to mean the following items in the above tweet? Whatever the case, a theory from all the way back in 2012 is causing all kinds of panic in 1D fans and they just might break Twitter in the process.

Also, Directioners are extra worried about Styles, because the band has a concert on Wednesday in East Rutherford, New Jersey. With that said, fans really want Harry to hear them when they say "#HarryBeCareful" and are going to be on the lookout for anyone who just might harm the youngest 1D member.

Never have I ever worked so hard to understand something in my life — except for all those times I tried to identify A on PLL .
