Is The Steve & Julia Showmance Happening?

by Allyson Koerner

Forget Austin and Liz, aka Liztin, on Big Brother 17, because there just might be another connection happening on the hit summer competition series. Based on some recent activity inside the house, a Julia and Steve showmance might be getting closer and reaching another level. Don't believe me? Just check out the below tweet. As you can read for yourself, there is some dirty talk going back and forth and it's all thanks to Steve.

Apparently, Julia asked, "What's for dessert tonight?" then Steve replied, "I think you're for dessert tonight." How did Julia react? She exclaimed, "Steve-uh!"

If you just said, "ew," you're not the only one. As much as some fans would like Julia and Steve to get together, there are plenty of people who don't want it to happen and are praying that another showmance doesn't take over the house. However, there are also some fans who would prefer Steve and Julia over Liztin. Now that Clay and Shelli, aka Clelli, are gone, viewers have to deal with Liztin and they're pretty hard to tolerate. As for Julia and Steve? I could really care less at this point, but I'd gladly watch their showmance over Liztin's any day.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure Steve and Julia are just friends who are joking around. Plus, now that one of the twins is definitely headed home mainly because of Steve, well, I don't know if Julia would want to have a showmance with someone who will be responsible for sending either her or her sister packing. Also, anyone else think it's just too close to the end of the game for another showmance to form? It's better for Steve and Julia to focus on winning and staying friends.

Now, back to those fans who really hope a Steve and Julia (should we call them Stelia? Stevia, like the sugar substitute?) happens, so they don't have to watch Austin and Liz anymore:

Oh, and some really prefer Steve's showmance with the cameras over any of the relationships:

I feel you.
