One of these things is not like the other! The Kardashians wore all-black while celebrating their joint Cosmo cover. Actually, the family celebrated in almost all black! Kris Jenner and her daughters, who all wore white on the Kardashian Cosmo cover, attended the magazine's 50th birthday celebration in monochromatic, matching style. Except for Kylie Jenner, who opted for a white outfit and blonde hair.
The youngest Kardashianner broke up the "kontinuity" with her ensemble and her locks at the fete... because of course she did. But she insists it wasn't intentional.
I actually noted back when the cover landed that Kylie was positioned off to the side a little, suggesting that perhaps she was breaking away from the family, which has covered many magazines together, to be more of her own person.
Her attire for the event certainly furthers that notion, since she didn't fall in line with the family's color palette for the evening.
But alas, Kylie Jenner is the family's fashion rebel unintentionally. She joked on Instagram that she didn't get the memo about wearing all-black to the event. So this wasn't any sort of planned rebellion, even if it is more fun to think that way!
Her big sis Kendall was not present at the soiree, but the family soldiered on in style.
Kylie's "mismatched" white ensemble aside, the ladies were a unified front. Each black-clad sister offered her own personal take on the hue.
Khloe opted for a slinky, robe-like dress with a plunging V and a major slit, which showed off her rad bod. It took inspo from Jennifer Lopez's 2000 Versace Grammy dress, which stayed on her body thanks to the miracle that is double-stick tape. Koko wore her blonde locks in the wet look, slicked back style. She was smoking' hot.
What a bombshell! Kim who?
Oh, hey Kim! The mom-to-be was equally stunning with a center-parted undo and a statement, snake-like choker around her neck.
She opted for a simple sheath with some shine, a cape, and strappies, too. It was deceptively simple.
Kourtney went with a jumpsuit, which is having a moment this fall. It had a halter neck, a cinched waist, and wide legs. Of course she looked ravishing.
What a hot mama! Lord Disick be damned.
Kris Jenner's eldest daughters are both moms and were in style synch.
Kris wore a flowing black outfit that looked like it could be a pantsuit and was largely covered up.
Kylie mixed it up with golden hair and visible black roots. It was a super realistic wig.
Gorgeous, as always.
Here's one last look at the fab family, minus Kendall, who has a busy and burgeoning modeling career. I love how four-fifths of the fan donned all-black yet each managed to look super unique due to the cut and the shape of their outfits. No basic bitches here.
