7 'Bachelor In Paradise' Stars Ashley Salter's Wedding Party Needs For A Truly Epic Celebration
Last year was the year the most important Bachelor engagement happened — and it wasn't the one between Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth. In 2015, Ashley Salter got engaged to Austin Brannen, which likely means that, sometime in 2016, our very own Onion Girl will be headed down the aisle. Even though it didn't work out between Ashley and Chris Soules or anyone in Paradise, it's obvious she's meant to be with her new fiancé. Judging from her sweet Instagram posts about her husband-to-be, it's clear that they're about to live happily ever after. So, what's next? Choosing a bridal party. And, in case she hasn't gotten around to deciding just yet, there are a few Bachelor stars who should be in Ashley's wedding.
Between her time on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise, Ashley made plenty of friends. She may talk to birds and think that pomegranates are really onions that grow on trees, but something we learned by watching her is that she has a really big heart and is an exceptional friend. So, why shouldn't she bring some of these women in as her bridesmaids?
Here are the ladies who definitely need to be in Ashley's bridal party. And no, Dan Cox, you are not invited.
When Kaitlyn was in the driver's seat on The Bachelorette, Ashley showed up before a date in New York to do Kaitlyn's hair for her, and it was a really cute scene. Maybe Kaitlyn can return the favor by being there for Ashley on her wedding day? I'm sure Shawn will be allowed to come as her date. Think of the pictures!
Ashley was such a good friend to Juelia in Paradise, especially after the big dramatic blowout with Joe Bailey after Samantha Steffen showed up. They seemed to have formed a true bond, and seeing them together on BIP was adorable. I want more of this friendship ASAP!
Nikki didn't get much screentime on The Bachelor, but her time spent in the mansion was enough to cement her friendship with Ashley forever. In fact, Nikki even went to a bridal shower thrown for Ashley. How cute is that?!
What? People named Ashley need to stick together, and I have a feeling the other Ashley would be happy to step up to the plate.
Ashley and Tenley might not have been super close, but Tenley's the kind of person you want in your corner, especially on a big day like your wedding. I feel like she'd bring a really calm presence to what could be a super hectic time. Who doesn't need that?
Since Jade's getting married on live TV before Ashley's wedding, she will be totally prepped to give Ashley all the advice she needs. She'll already know the drill by then!
Carly's such a sweetheart, and she and Ashley seemed to have bonded in Paradise. Maybe she can bring her guitar and provide the musical entertainment at the reception?
Even though there's pretty much no chance Ashley's wedding will be broadcast as a Bachelor special on ABC, it probably should be. It's bound to be epic, and I can't wait to see the photos after the fact — with or without her costars in it!
