As much as I love Twitter and other social media platforms, it's hard to love it wholeheartedly when some people use it as a form of bullying or to diss someone. Take any of the Real Housewives, who just can't seem to leave the drama on-screen. Oh no, the Bravo Housewives love to throw shade at each other, especially on Twitter. It happens constantly, but mainly when an episode airs or if they read something distasteful about themselves in the tabloids. So with that, let's talk about the meanest tweets made by the Housewives.
When you're watching yourself on a reality show and hear an unkind comment one of your co-stars made about you, well, I'd have a hard time not reacting to that on Twitter, too. Plus, if I read false or unsavory rumor about myself in the tabloid (and it was suggested by a fellow Housewife), it'd be hard to not click on my Twitter app and express myself with some heated words.
I guess that's what happens all the time for the stars of Real Housewives. That said, they sometimes go above and beyond to let friends (or former friends) know exactly how they're feeling. It doesn't really surprise me as a huge Housewives fan that some mean tweets exits and continue to be tweeted.
Now, let's check them out and don't say I didn't warn you about the level of meanness.
1. That Time Brandi Blasted Mauricio
I think it's safe to say Brandi Glanville did not like reading this headline in relation to Kyle Richards' husband, Mauricio Umansky.
2. That Time Meghan Called Vicki "Vile"
Season 10 of Real Housewives of Orange County included so much drama, like when pretty much everyone claimed Brooks Ayers was faking his cancer. (He stands by his claim that he does have cancer.) And this led to Meghan King Edmonds and Vicki Gunvalson being on opposite sides. So much so, that Meghan called Vicki "vile" on Twitter.
3. That Time LuAnn Didn't Act Like A Countess
Remember that time LuAnn de Lesseps and Carole Radziwill were at odds over The Countess' personal chef? So. Much. Drama. Well, LuAnn's class flew out the window when she addressed it on her Twitter.
4. That Time Danielle Threw Shade At Teresa
Soon after Teresa Guidice received her prison sentencing, this tweet popped up on Danielle Staub's timeline. Hmm... could she be throwing major shade at her former Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star? Many think, "yup."
5. That Time NeNe & Kenya Had It Out
Leave it to NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore to hate on each other all over Twitter. I mean, this is classic them. Can't you just hear them talking about this on an episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta?
6. That Time Dorinda Schooled Heather
And this was all because the Real Housewives of New York City ladies didn't wait for Dorinda Medley before going into a restaurant. Dang.
7. That Time Jill Slammed Ramona Harshly
It's no secret that Mario Singer cheated on Ramona Singer. However, before Ramona was willing to discuss it openly and it became public knowledge, she slammed Patti Stanger for saying she saw Mario with another woman. Ramona said the Millionaire Matchmaker star was "using" her to stay "relevant in the press." Well, Jill Zarin decided to weigh in with quite the mean tweet.
8. That Time Porsha Commented On Kenya's Married BF
It was definitely unfortunate news when Kenya Moore learned her Millionaire Matchmaker boyfriend got married soon after their episode aired, but that didn't stop Porsha Williams from commenting. I guess she just couldn't help herself.
9. That Time NeNe & Kim Weren't On The Same Page
Sometimes these two just can't get along. In this case, it was over whether Kim Zolciak actually got fired from Real Housewives of Atlanta.
10. That Time Brandi Called Out Tamra
Leave it to Brandi to start an argument with a Housewife who's not even from her own show. It appears that Brandi was responding to Tamra Judge's comments about her leaving Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The drama never ends.
11. That Time Brandi Couldn't Leave Well Enough Alone
Again, Brandi just can't help herself on Twitter and even drags Kim Richards' sobriety and her relationship with Kyle Richards into the mix. As for Kyle? Well, she responded with somewhat of a positive tweet.
Maybe Jimmy Kimmel needs to have a Real Housewives read mean tweets edition?
