The Honest Company is seriously on a quest for world domination. I thought things couldn't get any better after the launch of the massive Honest Beauty collection, which is now sold at Ulta, but they actually are! Jessica Alba and Honest are launching hair care products later this year and all of our follicular dreams are going to come true once the range goes on sale. I'm going to give you a second to fan yourself with your hands and to process this awesome news. There is no shaming here; I had the same reaction, since this smoky eye tutorial, staring Alba herself, demonstrates how incredible Honest Beauty products are. According to Allure, brand founder and actor Alba confirmed the news, saying, "I think people know we're coming out with hair care." When will Honest Company hair care products be available so we can style our strands?
Well, we're going to have a wait until the fall. Allure confirmed that the products will launch in October. Bustle reached out to The Honest Company's PR reps for further information on brand's entry into the hair care market. We'll update you when we hear back.
What hair products will comprise the line? Alba revealed to Allure that she has been test-driving the sea salt spray, conditioning milk, hair oil, which she described as being "like a mist," and root lift.
It sounds like all of our key hair concerns will be addressed with Honest products.
Apparently, Alba utilized the products when creating her coif from the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. You can observe her shoulder-skimming, defined curls from that event above. Snazzy, right?
Alba also contended that the products "really hold and smell amazing." Good-smelling hair that stays in place? That's strand nirvana right there.
Yeah, so there is no way that Jessica Alba's first foray into hair products via her Honest Company can't and won't be awesome.
