Here is some happy and exciting news for a certain Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. Kim Richard's daughter Brooke Wiederhorn is pregnant. On Sunday, Brooke, the reality star's daughter with the late Monty Brinson, took to Instagram to announce that she and her husband Thayer Wiederhorn are expecting their first child together. She also revealed that they are having a boy. Alongside an adorable Easter basket filled with all things blue, Brooke wrote, "Happy Easter! Can't wait to meet our baby BOY!"
It sure seems like Kim had a great holiday with her family. She shared a family photo with Brooke and Thayer and two of her other children, Whitney and Chad Davis. Oh, the Easter Bunny was there, too. "Happy Easter from Our Family to Yours.. missing our Kimberly today!! .. Hurry home little one," she captioned the photo.
Based on the photo's caption, it appears Kim is excited to become a first-time grandma. She included emojis of a baby, a blue heart, and a baby bottle. There's no doubt Kim cherishes her family, so I can only imagine how thrilled she is about her daughter's impending addition to the family.
It's no secret that Kim's had a tough time as of late. She faced many legal troubles in 2015, has repeatedly had her issues with alcohol under a microscope, dealt with a lot of family drama with her sister and RHOBH co-star Kyle Richards, and even experienced the death of her ex-husband Monty.
So, I think it's safe to say that Brooke's pregnancy and the addition of a baby into the world is just what Kim needs. Congrats to both Kim and Brooke on the exciting news!
