Kathryn Might Not Return To 'RHOBH'

When Real Housewives of Beverly Hills returns for Season 7, it might be down one Housewife. According to Us Weekly, Kathryn Edwards was fired from RHOBH and will not return come next season. Bustle reached out to Bravo regarding Kathryn's status, but the network declined to comment. Alongside Kathryn, Erika Jayne joined RHOBH Season 6, and I can only imagine Erika will return, since she was a huge hit and added a lot of color to the cast. As for Kathryn, well, I can't say I'm surprised if she doesn't return.

Yes, she had some storylines, including all that tension with Kyle Richards' BFF Faye Resnick and when she told Lisa Vanderpump about her conversation with Erika, but she didn't really leave a mark. If she does happen to come back for another season, here's hoping Kathryn has a chance to shine a bit more and add even more flavor to the cast.

If not, well, it looks like the series is already scouting another woman for Season 7. In May, The Hollywood Reporter revealed Sydney Holland may join the RHOBH cast. You may recognize her name, especially since the 44-year-old is known for previously dating 93-year-old Viacom mogul Sumner Redstone for five years. Per THR, in 2015, the two reportedly had a nasty split and were apparently first introduced by Patti Stanger from Bravo's Millionaire Matchmaker. I don't know about you, but it sure sounds like Holland would mix well with all of the Housewives drama.

As for Kathryn, she wrote in her most recent Bravo blog for RHOBH,

I've enjoyed meeting a lot of people who have approached me while I'm out and about, and I've taken so much from the people who have shared their stories that parallel my own. It's rewarding for me to feel like I've connected with people and if I was able to help in any way, then I have received far more than I had hoped for and I am grateful.

Well, if the news is true and the Season 6 reunion was the last time fans saw Kathryn, at least she had a positive experience.
