Kesha Sings "Free Fallin" In First Performance Since Rehab & We Can't Wait to Hear More
She's back! Kesha has performed for the first time since rehab and it seems that she's happier than ever to be making music, and not to mention, she looks great, too. Happiness looks good on the girl — E! Online posted a pic of her as she held the mic and rocked out.
The pop star, who completed a two month program for an eating disorder left rehab behind, as well as the $ in her name, changing to a regular old "s", is ready to focus on music again. She sang in Best Fest's Petty Fest, which is a yearly event where singers croon the songs of Tom Petty. She sang "Free Fallin," and seemed like she was having a blast.
She's been looking great, too — she wowed when she appeared on the red carpet at the United States Humane Society 60th Anniversary Benefit Gala about a month ago, but more importantly, she's feeling great. She tweeted — under her revised Twitter handle (she went from @Ke$haSuxx to @KeshaRose) that she was, indeed, happy to be back, and grateful for all of the support her fans had given her throughout the hard time.
She also said she was working on new music, which, with the image change and obvious boost of self confidence, is likely to impress, as well. Can't wait.
